Pigment base coat to add to your tumbler. Best over black bases but can use any color. Iceberg goes on clear and drys to shift to a Blue/Green/Gold color. 4oz squeeze bottle.
*colors in video are still drying. When completely dried it will only show the color shift and not the white.
